Vegas baby, yeah!
Six Flags here has the Superman ride, not the Spiderman ride .. sheesh .. ever since we got here Luanne hasnt been able to put down the crack pipe ... when in Rome right!! lol, jk .. Luanne is so going to kill me when she reads this ...
I hope to play one round of roulette when we get to vegas ... 20$ on black 6
UPDATE:
Ok, so we never made it to Vegas .. we are on the way, just about 2 hours short though. After packing the car again, we drove to Beverly Hills again, this time stopping to see the Playboy mansion .. or the gate to the Playboy mansion ... weird thing was the fact we could hear a lot of animal sounds from just on the other side.
We then made our way to the beach, for our last visit this trip. We had our first experience of LA traffic .. Santa Monica boulevard was sick .. bumper to bumper traffic the whole way .. if only I had a gun!
We made it to the beach, strapped on the roller blades and strolled the Venice beach boulevard .. I think people recogized me from the Leno show .. hard not to feel like a star when in LA.
Lu looked like a surfer girl, like totally .. she was catching waves like a pro! After convincing her we had to go, we packed into the car headed for vegas .. but had to reconsider after taking so long to get the heck out of LA .. traffic was crazy again .. it was like everyone wanted to see us before we left .. I was touched at first, but man after an hour of 15 kilometers an hour I was ready to go on a shooting spree .. ok, not that bad, but honestly, I now understand how that can happen.
We finally broke free of the LA tractor beam and hit the freeway at full speed .. only to stop in Bartstow at a Motel 6 ... 39.99 plus 2.99 for internet .. and you really get what you pay for! We are currently sleeping in our sleeping bags and using our own pillows ... yikes!
Vegas tomorrow!! Yee Haw ..
